Douglas “Dougie” Powers, commonly known as Dr. Evil, is a fictional character portrayed by Mike Myers in the Austin Powers film series. He is the main antagonist and Austin Powers’ nemesis. He is a parody of James Bond villains, primarily Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
